Mystery Quilt weekend date changed to : Oct 22 – Oct 25, 2009
I made a small change in the mystery quilt weekend dates hosting it one week earlier, as “Big” QU has Mary Mashuta as the guest speaker for the night of Oct 29! And I know all the Virginia quilters will want to attend her lecture and workshops, including me.
Bits ‘n’ Strips – Weekend Workshop Dates:November 12-15, 2009
Want to use up your stash? This workshop shows you how easy it is to cut your leftover fabrics into 5″ bits and 2 1/2″ strips. There are any number of quilts that you can make from this combination of fabric scraps. The possibilities are endless!
Cost $275.00/quilter for 3 nights lodging, all meals and lessons. Fabric and supplies are extra.

You can choose to make a beginner level or intermediate level mystery quilt. The instructions are easy and the results are stunning. You will get a supply list and will need to purchase your fabric ahead of time.
